national empowerment, and improved functioning, everyone can live the highest quality of
life, made possible through the highest quality of personalised supports provided through

Vita Health Solutions was started to provide a comprehensive package of care and services to disability clients funded by NDIS. We understand that it can be frustrating trying to get a package of support from multiple different providers with different workers for each service.
Helped by the fact that our founders are senior nurses, our focus remains 100% on ensuring a wholesome and holistic model of care for our clients. As you can ascertain from our list of services, we are registered to provide a wide range of care, services, and technology to allow you to live life to the best of your ability.
